Refund & Returns policy

Return Information

1- We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return.

2- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

4-If you wish to return an item, contact our customer service team at customer-soxo.pk@gmail.com to initiate the return process. If your return is accepted, please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Ground Floor, BS-3, near MCB Bank, Federal B Area Block 17 Karachi, 75950]

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at soxo.pk@gmail.com or 0317-1185351 with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Shipping costs will not be charged to the customer if:

- The item was damaged when received by the customer
- The wrong item was delivered

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products/Clearance Sale.

Order Cancellation

We reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment, inaccuracy of address and if customer isn't responding to our confirmation calls.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.

Refunds

1- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

2- Please provide the original order confirmation or proof of purchase when requesting a refund.

3- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item.

4- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed. Refund will only be made 3 days after the product has been returned in its original condition.
